involving an existing order.
RESPONSE TIMES
We answer email within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Messages sent on
a weekend or public holiday are answered the next business day.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
To help us resolve things on the first reply, please include:
- Your order number, if you have one
- The email address used to place the order
- A photograph, if you are reporting a damaged or incorrect item
COMMON REQUESTS
Order status and tracking - see our Shipping Policy, or email us with your
order number.
Returns and refunds - see our Refund and Returns Policy for the 30-day terms,
then email us to start a return.
Cancelling an order - email us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled any
time before they are handed to the carrier.
