TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service govern your use of tryzairo.com and any purchase you
make through it. The site is operated by Seth Thompson, a sole proprietor
trading as Zairo ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order
you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to
place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that
the payment method you use is your own.

3. THE PRODUCT

Zairo mouthwash is a cosmetic product. It works by depositing a purple-toned
pigment that visually counteracts yellow tones on the surface of the teeth. The
effect is cosmetic and temporary.

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug
Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or
prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for brushing, flossing, or
professional dental care.

Individual results vary. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional
if you experience irritation. Keep out of reach of children. If you are
pregnant, nursing, or have a medical or dental condition, consult a healthcare
professional before use. Do not swallow.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping
confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, including after you receive
an order confirmation, for reasons including product unavailability, a pricing
or description error, or a suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

We may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers,
or distributors.

5. PRICING AND ERRORS

All prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. We try
to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but we do not
warrant that they are error-free. Where a product is listed at an incorrect
price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you, whether or not
the order has been confirmed.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is processed by our payment providers at checkout. You represent that
you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the
information you give is accurate and complete.

7. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund and
Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its
operation or security, to scrape or copy its content by automated means, or to
transmit malicious code. We may terminate your access for any breach of these
terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the Zairo name,
is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property
law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written
permission.

10. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you grant us
a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and
display it in connection with our business. You represent that the content is
your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We are under no
obligation to publish or keep any submission.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible
for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The site and the products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or
implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-
infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure,
or error-free.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or
relating to your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you
paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages,
so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits
liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seth Thompson and any employees or
agents of Zairo from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees,
arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the
rights of a third party.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to
its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state
or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the
jurisdiction of those courts.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the
version in effect. Your continued use of the site after a change means you
accept the updated terms.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is
severed and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
